Yammer won The TechCrunch50 last year. Here is Yammer's profile: techcrunch50.com/2008/conference/present... Here is the press release about Yammer winning: techcrunch.com/2008/09/10/yammer-takes-t... You can see the (intelligent and surprisingly entertaining) David Sacks (CEO of Yammer) on the latest episode of This Week in Startups: The full David Sacks episode: http://blip.tv/play/g7RBgYXTcZaqNg The website for TWiST: http://thisweekinstartups.com/ It's a rather lengthy episode but well worth the time because @jasoncalacanis, Sacks and @lonharris talk about some very interesting topics including Yammer.
The costs for Techcrunch50 can be found here: http://www.techcrunch50.com/2009/blog/get-tickets/ I was even crazy awesome lucky enough to WIN a ticket from This Week in Startups which may explain my shameless shilling and plugging of the show.Even if I didn't win, I'd still mention it because it really is a good Internet business show.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
