Who would win between Galactus and Apocalypse?

It depends really. Galactus wields the Power Cosmic, and can use it to almost any affect, he also eats planets in order to stay alive. He is a cosmic entity that can't be perceived by most.

Apocalypse is immortal, with biomolecular manipulation, control over his entire atomic structure, he has been shown to have, at least to some degree, control over space and time, and also has energy projection, absorption and manipulation to bring his power to unlimited potentials, and has Celestial technology which only further enhances his abilities. Furthermore, he has the ability to give himself any superpower he wishes, and he can basically adapt to any adversity.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
