Who would win in a fight between Iron Man and Captain America?

In the Marvel Civil War Ironman beat Captain America without even using any bullets or lazers. However in the seond fight Captain America owned ironman Many people say he cheeted because he used an electric buzzer and tricked Ironman into shaking his hand but it was a gadget invented my Captain American so in overall I think Captain America beat Ironman in a fight The moral though is the HULK owns all Marvel and Dc characters hahahaha. They fought twice in the Civil War. The FIRST FIGHT, Cap used the electronic buzzer, and Iron Man STILL beat the crap out of him, and yes with only his fists. The second fight, Captain America DID cheat, and shouldn't even be credited for beating Iron Man.

What happened was Iron Man was telling Cap it would just be the same beat down as the first time, but Captain America said, "Things are different. I'm not afraid to fight dirty now. " Then the Vision came from behind and fried Tony's armor, saying it was compromised Captain then put a beating on a defenseless Tony Stark.

We all know Cap can take Tony without his armor. Captain America is also no slouch in a fight, he's an absolute monster. He beat a tin can though, as the armor was COMPLETELY useless.It also adds about 200 or so pounds onto Tony's weight, so he beat a powerless Stark, with a 200+ armor weighing down on him... Iron Man would win any time...Also, Hulk has been pwnd numerous times by other Marvel heroes, and if you read the comics "Ultimate Human: Iron Man vs. Hulk", Iron Man defeats Hulk by electroshocking Hulk's brain.

Captain America beat Iron Man after shorting out his armor and bashing off his helmet with his shield. Cap gave himself up to authorities before seriously injuring Tony Stark. Make no mistake, Cap took a beating too You got facts wrong buddy.

Cap won only because VISION shorted out Iron Man's armor from behind. Tony was essentially helpless, stuck in a powerless armor. Captain America didn't beat Iron Man, he beat Tony Stark.

Also, this was the SECOND of two fights. In the first fight (also in the Civil War), Cap tried to short out his armor as well and even cheap shot him, but Iron Man still beat the living crap out of Captain America, with only his fists! Iron Man's armor knew Cap's next move before Cap even went to make it.

Cap was beaten so bad, and Iron Man was going to finish him off, but Heracles jumped and crushed Iron Man with a truck, and Invisible Woman put a force-field around Captain America, whom already passed out from the beating he took Iron Man is the true winner, in a fair fight at least.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
