Why are people still calling Caitlyn Jenner "Bruce"?

Caitlyn Jenner has repeatedly told the family that Dad is still there, and has not assumed the role or title of Mom. Jenner was never the "Mother" of Kim Kardashian, her parents were Chris and her husband before she married Bruce. Perhaps it will take time for people to stop thinking of Caitlyn as Bruce.
