The President proposed it,,,,,,that's ONE,,,,the Senate voted for it,,,,,,that's TWO,,, and the House voted for it,,,,,that's ONE,,,,,,so the score is,,, 2 to 1 democrats. And, the asker is correct, the House has put out a budget, but the dems won't even discuss it, change it, work on it, or even vote on it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
