Why are there sooooo many Female/shoujo manga artist these days?

There are hundreds of female mangaka (I'd say easily as many females as there are males at this point), and some of them are among the most successful mangaka of all time, so obviously females can do manga (and anything else they want to do). I can't figure out why you would think otherwise.

Do your research. There are dozens and dozens of female mangaka (an abundance of them are involved in shoujou or romance mangas). And besides, even if women didn't write a manga before, don't let that discourage you.

Be whatever you want to be, screw the stereotypes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
