Why aren't Mexicans considered Native Americans if they are Native to America?

There are other ways to migrate to the US if UK resident on the island of Britain wish to live there...such as being sponsored as the spouse of a US citizen, being sponsored as a high level skilled employee of a registered US company, setting up a business and so investing money and employing US citizens.

Of course they do. The reason they aren't allowed to use the DV lottery is because so many are coming by other methods -- marriage, family reunification, H1-B visa for highly skilled engineers/doctors/scientists, L-1 visa for intercompany transfers, O visas for extraordinary ability in the arts (actors, directors, artists, authors, musicians, dancers, etc), P visas for professional athletes, E visas for investors or entrepreneurs, I visa for journalists, etc, etc.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
