Why can't I send emails with stationery anymore using Outlook Express 6?

I can send and receive emails to myself, no prob. But when I use a stationery background or put a photo into the body of the mail and send to myself or anyone else it disappears and never arrives in my box or the recipient of the mail. If I use stationery and photo as an attached file, then both are sent and received, only the photo is at the bottom of the letter and not in the body.

1 Check your options. Tools->Options, Send tab, Mail Sending format should be HTML. Under HTML settings, check the boxes to send pictures with messages.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
