Why can't I win? Please convince me my existence isn't pointless.?

Mostly ignorance. Many kids get herded into bible study classes be parents who believe, and, being children, will believe anything an elder tells them is true. Kids would believe that 2+2=22 if told that, when young.

Parents still believe what THEIR parents had told them, so beliefs get handed down. MY parents raised me agnostic, and said I could believe what I wanted to.

It is a money making scam that constantly adapts to swindle money form victims. Too much money in there for crooks to give it up, and too many idiots willing to be suckers, because it is easier to swallow the garbage answers of a preacher than being educated and using one's brain properly.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
