Why can't we end this friggin war?

We were first told that al-qaeda caused 9/11, so we went to war with afganistan. Then bush claimed there were weapons of mass destruction in iraq, so he distracted us with saddam and everything. Later on, it was proved by the cia and other government officials that iraq had no wmds.

Now millions of innocent people from iraq, the U.S., and other countries, are dying because of bush's so-called "war on terror". Can those government officials run another investigation, and prove that there are no terrorists in iraq? Can they find out if osama's still alive or not?

First of all, Bush did not distract us with claims of weapons of Mass Distraction. Mr. Bill Clinton gave him that information from CIA reports that he had as President. Plus Mr.. Bill Clinton and llary Clinton backed going to war in Iraq.

Because of those reports, and the reports that the dictator there Sadam, was killing his own people with gas. S sons were taking innocent girls raping them and then killing them for the sport of it. It is believed that if there was anything there it went to Iran, there neighbor who to this day is supplying the terrorist with weapons there.It is also believed that if we just up and leave the terrorists there will take over the Country, train there troops there since they will now have a Country to do that in.

Once these troops are trained they have swore to Alai to kill American's. This time the war will be in the USA! The Iraq war hasn't cost trillions, in fact it hasn't even come close to the stimulus package that is going to put the USA in the Trillions.

Also deaths in the service were larger under Mr.. Bill Clinton who don't go to war with any one. Remember the US Cole ETC. You can not kiss and make up to a group of people that have sworn death to all American's and still preach that.

No, they can't, because there ARE terrorists in Iraq. And they're killing other Iraqis. We've left soldiers there to give the Iraqi government a chance to build up to the point where it could fight those terrorists.

That didn't help, but the collapse of the housing bubble and the extreme uncertainty of exactly who is going to end up taking those losses is a larger factor. The Afghanistan war, even after ramping it up, will still have fewer troops than Iraq does. The federal budgets are expected to have significantly less money spent on the war over the next few years.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
