Throughout history Republicans/Conservatives have always been referred to as the colorblind party. The problem with the premise of your question though, is that the Tea Party is an actual Party. The Tea Party is a movement combined of Real Americans and does not have actual candidates.

Libertarians are non interventionist and a lot of people from the right are leaning that way. Though I doubt they can pull in everyone from the right, it seems possible that they could become the dominant party on the right in the future.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
