Why did George W. Bush wipe his hand on Bill Clinton's shirt after shaking hands with haitians?

Cleanliness freak and germ fear if he was a racist ---------he would never have gone to haiti in the first place even I have this freakiness--------if I shake someones hands or touch anything like steering wheel of pthers car's their pens ----or open door knobs -------i don't like to use their glasses for drinking water or plates when I visit relatives or friends houses the fear of germs overtakes me ---------and I have to wash hands with a powerful disinfectant soap ------until then I feel restless -------if I cant get soap or water -------i make sure I don't insert my hands in nose or mouth -----or I don't eat anything with those hands this problem started from the last 4 to 5 years only by the way -----------president bush has been the most beneficial to india --------he gave the nuclear deal ---------which no other us president has given ------------obama and clinton are just show off's bush dosent try to show of a false image in public by artificial smiles and fake emotional displays bush inreality is indias great friend just my view goodl uck.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
