Why did God have to let Jesus die on the cross for our sins?

Yes. Yes. The Bible tells about this and I believe the Bible is inspired Word of God written by chosen people.

I believe the Bible is true. When you see people saying that Jesus did not die on the cross, they are not Christians. If you see them saying Jesus died on the torture stake, they are Jehovah's Witnesses and not Christians.

Yes, I believe in God. Yes, I believe that Jesus suffered the punishment for our sins on the Mount of Olives, and that his sacrifice for sin (his death on the cross) enabled him to intercede for us. First I simply trusted my parents.

Then I studied and it seemed to make sense. Then, finally, I received unsolicited the burning witness of truth from the Holy Ghost on two separate occasions and less ostentatious answers to prayer. I'm a work in progress, and my faith and my knowledge are still forming and developing.

I sure hope that my righteousness is improving as well -- if not, I'm in trouble. God is not something that you can deduce. You have to get to know him.

Reality check: Notice all the answers excusing people's lack of belief by insisting that they have to have proof. It doesn't work that way. If they had proof, they would KNOW.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
