Why did GOP Senator Mitch McConnell lie to the American people?

I liken the GOP to a row boat with a hole in it that is in danger of sinking. Yertel McConnell is bailing the water out of the sinking boat, while the tea baggers are bailing it right back in.

I think we can rest assured that the pressure for him to speak up, coming from every crack and crevice of the GOP (other than the House) has finally become overwhelming. The only good that has come of this is the memory everyone will have of the Tea Party Grinching-out Christmas. What a bunch of nose-pickers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
