Interesting case. Basically the Court of Appeals indicated that they didn't see that there was any breach of warranty for use in the manner deployed The fact that the SAP rating was not as high as desired was more due to the fact that the manufacturer hadn't submitted the specs for a rating factor than they wouldn't work as advertised. If I was bringing the case, I would have leaned on the fact that the manufacturer failed to obtain the SAP rating. It would seem that should have been an obvious requirement to back up the statements of fact, i.e.
, that it was fuel efficient It would be interesting to know if they have since then obtained an SAP rating that backs up their claims.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
