Why do Americans and British have such bland food while Asians and mexicans have tasty spicy food?

I just love the Mexican Chiles Rellenos, It's hard to say because both Asian & Mexican / Latin Cuisine has good spices, In Asia the best Spices are in China, India, Vietnam and Thailand, In Latin America I say Guatemala, Mexico and Peru. But the BEST Food in Mexico is in the South like Oaxaca, Puebla, Chiapas and Yucatan, You should try the Pueblan Mole, Mmm Yummy. But my favorite Mexican plate is Chiles Rellenos.

Varies with chiles used. Asians do like things HOT and at times I think only the heat is important. Mexican will blend different chiles for flavor first and then heat.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
