Insecurities, jealousy. It really depends on the bully really. All the bullies that I have come in contact with (and that have bullied me) are insecure about themselves, so they pick on other people to make sure that what they are insecure about is not found out.
It's simple psychology. Some find it easy to single out someone different because it further alienates that individual while making the bully feel more like part of the group. Some are insecure about their own faults and lash out at others with what they deem a flaw in order to mask their own personal shame.
People tend to let bullying slide because they wrongfully feel it's normal, and therefore, acceptable or because they fear they will also be singled out if they take a stand against it.
Bullies bully because they either feel inadequate at home, or they are bullied by one of their parents. Unfortunately for society, they can exist anywhere.
Bullies exist in school because they want to seek the attention of their family members.
There are a lot of insecure people out there. They fight with their insecurites by making others feel insecure.
Because they have nothing better to do. And they want to feel cool around the people they hangout with.
Probably beat at home when they where younger and also had a bad childhood.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
