Why do I still have excess skin after face-lift surgery?

Many people wonder why their skin can't be tighter after a face-lift. They often contort their faces and necks in an effort to show me their extra skin. I spend much of my life explaining that we can only lift a certain amount.

The harder we pull on the skin, the better the neck and face can look. But the more we pull, the more we damage the blood supply to the skin. First, the skin turns white, then it blisters, then it turns black.

Then it is replaced by scar. Not pretty. The seasoned surgeon knows exactly how tight he can pull without destroying the skin.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
