Congress voted for the bailout money to go to keep people in their homes by refinancing all of the mortgages that were in trouble, but the government decided it would be better to bail out the banks instead of home owners. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
