No. Because when one is faced with something like this, the last thing on your mind is a gun. If you had one, and tried to use it, you would have been shot.
I haven't been a victim in a terrorist situation, but I HAVE been witness to a shooter in a room with 25 people. Out of those 25 people, 4 or 5 had guns. Not ONE of them thought of pulling it and shooting the guy.
They were telling the shooter to stop. Your mind is simply not in the place you expect it to be in instances like this.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
