Because parents are like that! Our parents are our greatest teachers. Children learn from and minic parents.
Feral and irresponsible parents are usually that way because of their upbringing. The behaviour just continues down the line. Children are what they will be at the age of 4 or 5 years old.
They disrespect social norms or culturally acceptable behaviour as they were not taught to respect anyone, especially themselves. They have very low self esteem. These people are the pool of fools where we get our criminals, drug abusers, social outcasts, people who wilfully damage property, swear in public and are always coming to the notice of the police.
They also drive like fools. They respect nothing nor themselves. So the parents just could not care and expect their kids to be obnoxious. It is normal to them.
It is very hard to change attitudes and behaviour. I know because I am a retired policeman! Sources: My experience with fools!

1 Most times these children are repeating what they hear at home. It is sad that many children today do not respect authority anymore.

2 what LouLou said. The kids show no respect because the parents show no respect.

3 I just wanna say as the parent of a teenager, we have to remember that children have minds and mouths of their own. Just because my child does something disrespectful doesn't me that I know about it or condone it as a parent. I remember as a teen doing things that would have mortified my mother, because I knew better.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
