Why do people consider Mexicans/Guatemalans mestizos & Dominicans/Puerto Ricans Black?

HUH, no. Puerto rican people are highly mix with black, us ricans have black blood in us as well with white blood as well. Dominicans are blacks and mix race peoples.

Puerto ricans are kind of lighter but they are a lot of full black puerto ricans with nappy hair and dark african black skin and the same thing goes for dominicans. Most puerto rican people have a tan skin color with white people hair and the girls have big a sses. Dominican is kind of the same only kind of darker, like 5-10 percent darker but both can look similar.

You are a troll if you think puerto rican people look like white americans, hell no we don't, in fact, I saw black puerto ricans, like full black puerto ricans but I still didn't saw a white caucasian puerto rican. So no, most puerto ricans are mix with black, highly and also white, making a perfect mix in between, dominicans are darker because of haitians. Trust me, most puerto rican people look mix with black or definitely easily have black blood, I mean go to new york, you will see millions of puerto ricans that are mix.

This white puerto rican majority thing is as fake as white mexicans as majority, just NO.
