That's really funny. I actually found an article that said the rowing machine is one of the best and underrated in the gym on askthetrainer.com I personally didn't like the rowing machine because every school gym I had when I was a kid had a really crappy old rusted rowing machine that no one knew how to use or wasn't big enough for. But it was fun to slide up and down on it.
Rowing machines are not meant to be a resistance exercise. When people improperly use them they are usually pull very hard with their arms and have bad form. The difference between rowing machines and all other cardio machines is you completely control how intense your session will be.
The faster you go, the more intense your cardio workout will be. This is why rowing machines are not the most popular cardio machine, you must have motivation to get the full benefit from rowing machines. Exercise Tips: To get full cardio benefit of the rowing machine you should use one of the programs which is built on the little screen.
These programs will show you intervals which allow you to pace yourself so you don't get burned out too quickly.
Because it sucks, no just kidding it is an awkward position for a lot of people and if you have back problems it makes it worse plus it is also harder to breath in that position, now I agree it is a great overall body workout and if you see the promotional clips for the move 2012 you may want to get your rowing down because you may be doing a lot of it. If this exercise works for you then that is what really matters.
I think because people find it difficult to use or feel stress on the lower back while using it. If used properly though, it's very rhythmic and smooth and an excellent overall workout for the entire body.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
