Why do people try to paint Libertarians as "right wing" or "left wing", when they are neither?

The funny thing is President Obama is more of like a True Republican, adheres to the principle that used to define the Republican Party, than any of the current batch of Republican/Tea Party candidates. All they seem to want is to destroy the social fabric of the USA and drive it into a new Great Depression.

I can't remember one, from what I've read, Ike was a decent guy. My political hero is Nelson Rockefeller: tough, great business man and stayed out of America's bedrooms and doctor's offices. Where is a man like Rocky today?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
