This is how we do it in my state: We get a 911 call from a cell phone, but get no address for some reason. 911 services record the incoming phone numbers (even ones marked as private), so dispatch gives that number to the emergency services number of the cell phone carrier. The carrier then not only uses GPS to try to target the cell phone location, but also pulls up the billing information for the phone owner.
The reason cell phones aren't automatically populated with home addresses on 911 is that you are often not calling from home with a cell phone. So, as long as your billing information is accurate, your home address can be found. It just takes a few minutes longer than a land line.
In most areas, even if you do not have a land-line, you can still call 911..so long as the phone is plugged into the wall....I do not have a land line, but I have a phone plugged in and can use it to call 911 only. You should find out if they have that in your area, they probably do.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
