Why does my dog dig on me when I am settled down?

Hah, when dogs settle down to sleep they often walk in circles or dig on their bedding to make it more comfy. You are the pillow in this case. Or he could just want you to get up.

But I'm thinking he's tenderizing your lap for him to sleep on.

I agree with Tirzah. When your dog begins to dig they are typically trying to build a "nest" to sleep in. When he/she sees you settle down your dog wants to sleep there with you.

I guess you are not quite the shape that your dog wants so he/she is trying to make you more comfy! Ha ha! Sometimes I swear my dog digs on me because she wants me to move out of the prime spot in bed.

:).

My dog does the same thing. Its a mistery I think.

They are bored! If you take them for a walk, or dog something to tire them out. They will not dig.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
