Maybe he has a phantom wee wee. You know how some people can feel where their leg or arm used to be? Or maybe old habits die hard.Ha...get it?
Oh boooo. Sorry, I hope someone will give you a decent answer.
A veterinarian once told me that a lot of the instincts can remain in neutered animals. I had a neutered male cat that was forever biting my spayed female cat on the neck. The vet said it was part of the mating and the instinct was still there.
I'm glad I'm not a girl cat; he really hurt her and I was always picking her up to protect her.
He's confoozed, nothing serious though. Jpg.
I can think of at least two reasons: To have sex and to exhibit dominance... "One out of three neutered male dogs and the occasional neutered female still engage in humping years after neuter surgery". Aspx.
S parts are fixed but his instinct remains intact, and he will act upon it when his terrific sense of smell tells him Fifi is in heat.
It is all about instinct. Fixed dogs will still do what they do. Additionally, male and female dogs do this to show they are alpha.

.I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
