Why does my Windows 7 have a high CPU usage at 80 to 100%?

I recommend simply uninstalling Windows Media Player because it is very temperamental. I'd go with either Media Player Classic : mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/ or VLC player : videolan.org/vlc/ These programs are tiny compared to WMP. If you have 2GB or less RAM, it might be a good idea to up it to 3 or 4GB also.It sounds like you are having some kind of "memory leak".

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_leak You should do all the standard stuff as well, make sure you have the newest WMP (if you decide to keep it), update all your video card drivers, etc.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
