I have noticed the same thing. After the CNN debate Monday night CNN had an online poll. Guess who won?
Ron Paul. Guess who's name was not even mentioned by the analysts on Tuesday? Ron Paul.
My opinion is the media polls the people they want to ensure predetermined outcomes. When you have a straw poll or online poll you are getting a more accurate assessment of the average person.
Ron Paul just doesn't appeal to moderates, the people at the GOP conference aren't the ones he's going to have a problem with. He barely lost to Romney in the same straw poll last year, but remember how well he did in the voter's booth? By the way, I realize fox news is ridiculously biased and I don't really consider it actual journalism, but that doesn't change the fact that he did very well in the same straw poll last year, and did terribly when it came down to what actually mattered.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
