Why does the ATA 186 ring the phone after plugging it into the analog port?

A. You cannot turn off the ring. By default, it always rings when you plug the ATA 186 into the analog port.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
