Why does WIMI show a different IP address than ipconfig?

The IP address shown on the What Is My IP home page is your public IP also referred to as your external IP. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
