Why doesn't the BlackBerry Curve have autocomplete? My friend has the Pearl and it has autocomplete?

It's true that autocomplete is part of the Pearl's SureType entry because it's only a half-qwerty. There is no way to change that or turn autocomplete on for a Curve. But, you can add your own entries for autotext.

Any long words or even phrases or full sentences you use frequently can be added to save you a bunch of time. For example, I have different signatures for work email and my personal email. I have them in autotext so all I have to do is type 'psig' or 'wsig' and each one puts in the appropriate four-line signature.

Go to Options > AutoText > Menu/BlackBerry key > New and fill in whatever you like. Not quite the same thing, but it can save you just as much time, or more if you use the same phrases frequently. Have a good one!

Sorry to say, but the Curve doesn't have autocomplete and it's actually quite common on devices with full QWERTY keyboards. If you've got a full keyboard they expect you to be able to type out words faster. The Pearl has this feature because it uses a SureType keyboard pictured below.

Blackberry's autocomplete which they call Suretype is a feature on the Pearl because it doesn't have a full QWERTY keyboard. The Curve does, hence no autocomplete.

It has it, but it's called "auto text". Options > SMS Text > Disable Auto Text=NO > Menu key -> Save.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
