Why don't girls get named after mothers like boys get named after their father?

I am a junior. The last male to carry my family name as I was the only boy and have no sons. I am very proud to be my dads name sake.

I was never confused by it and knew he and I were different. Now that he has passed I value it even more as his name lives on through me. I feel he must have valued me highly to give me his own name.

I only wish I could pass the honor on.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
