Why don't the KKK support the Democratic Party today, if the Democrats were the founders?

Because today, conservatives are republicans and liberals are democrats, but up until the the early 20th century, the positions were switched. While abraham lincoln was a republican, he was a liberal. The party positions switched.

Because those are simple facts whether you like it or not. I have also seen no data that confirms that those Democrats are in the Republican party now. I am a Democrat and I certainly don't carry the blame for what others did but facts are facts.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
