Endangered species are endangered because there population is not at there normal size they become endangered because people kill them. Over killing the animals means less to eat and less of does species.

In addition to what Nolapete mentioned, I would add that the spread of technology has an adverse impact on some species. For example, the proliferation of mobile phone towers in rural areas has impacted the natural navigation of many birds as the emf (electro motive force) affects them.
