Why favor the seniority system of Congress rather than term limits? Is Senior Management stability a business concept?

People talk about Congress like it is a business run by Senior managers and board directors called Congressmen. Congressmen are elected into power by the people. Their job is not a right, it is a privilege granted by the voter.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
