Why has Obama's ISIS strategy failed miserably? It will cost Democrats the 2016 Presidential election?

Using air power only results in far fewer American casualties than putting boots on the ground which the Obama feels makes him look good. Obama is far more concerned about looking good than winning the war on terror. His strategy makes him appear to be doing something while invoking rules of engagement that insures he will hand this problem over to the next President.

Either Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders or someone with a brain!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
