Why hasn't Amazon put together a Large Print Club for the visually impared?

MY* personal experience is that MOST libraries have a very limited selection of large print books. Typically there's a variety of bibles, a dictionary, some Danielle Steele tripe and a few best sellers. Stop spitting out crap that you know nothing about.

That is so true. And for some reason, Large Print book publishers seem to think the visually impaired are children. Our virgin eyes are eternally protected.

Intellectuals cannot, apparently, be visually impaired. The censorship in Large Print book publication is growing and the books are more and more limited. There is an abundance of religious material, bibles, romance novels and books written by Rush Limbaugh in my library.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
