I think it's easier to believe in the bad things in life than the good things in life because there's a lot of doubt put into us from since we were children. As we grow up we're put up with disappointments that give us the opportunity to think other wise. Like the phrase "too good to be true", opportunities that were given to us in the past but were fakes or they had catches to it/ people lie, we tend to look at things as though, "that cannot be possible".
I'm not sure if I'm making any sense but I just think it's because of people that take advantage of those that are willing to try at something, willing to give something a chance. Everything happens a certain way, makes you think a certain because of all the past experiences that we go through. If we didn't think of the bad that has happened to us or might happen to us, then that would mean that we wouldn't be learning anything. So depending on the knowledge we have determines on how we react to everything around us.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
