Why is it important that people have the option to express themselves in a artistically way?

It is not important that people have the option to express themselves in an ARTISTIC way...that just happens to be the way some people prefer to express themselves. What IS important is that people DO have the option to express themselves. Why is it important?

Don't you feel that it's important or vital in some way that you have the personal freedom to express yourself...whether you're expressing your emotions or personal opinion or whatever it may be? Just the fact that a person has the freedom to choose what books they read, what church they go to (if they go at all), what car they drive, what clothes they wear...these are ALL ways in which a person "expresses" themselves. Art is merely a different medium through which to do so.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
