I assume you mean that you got into an accident and found that the insurance raised your premiums. That happened to me after I got into a fender bender on a rainy, snowy day. Even the police said it wasn't anyone's fault, that they had been on 3 accidents before 8:30 A.M.Because of weather.

But, the insurance company raised my premiums. It's the old story; they want your money, but mark you as a risk if you make them pay out because you get in an accident..

If you see their "service" as keeping you compliant with the law . . .

Then the price increase is merely a reflection of their cost of continuing to do that job of keeping you comliant with the law. Thus, your having an accident and filing a claim isn't "using" their service but abusing it. It's all in how you look at it..

1 It's called "capitalism" - currently there is little to no regulation of insurance premium/coverage standards, other than market controls. - basically, we are gambling that we will need it, and they are gambling we won't. Since they qualify as "the house" they get to set the odds, and like any other gambling house, they aren't in the business to give away money.

Here's a cut and paste of one of your comments. " This is not insurance. It is a new way of protectingyour self financially, in case of an automobile accident.

Simply by becoming a member it gives you access to funds, in the case up to $1000.00, that must be used to pay your deductible. The amount used to pay the deducible must then be paid back, interest free, at only $25 a month. It is a completely new concept."Odd how most of your questions are tailored to lead into spamming us - even though you know its against ToS.

You were invited and welcomed to askville, as long as you didn't promote your business. Apparently you don't have enough respect for us to not do so. Or else, you think we are stupid.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
