There are eight levels, and plenty of hubbers in all level positions.
It doesn't even show as level 1 on your profile...
Like Jessi says you need to comment daily. Comments should be related to the hub and not spam.
It can, you just have to keep commenting. I had problems with that too. It took me a while to get past that level, but I made it.
You have to comment on a daily basis, and have people return your comments.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
