Why is my e-mail invalid on Facebook? How can I get my password reset when it doesn't recognize my e-mail?

I haven't been able to log in to Facebook for months. I have friend requests I can't respond to. You see, I deleted my school address which I have no access to and a duplicate of my main address I saw no reason for.

Then I forgot my password. Somehow, after deleting those two addresses, it does not recognize the one I left on my account. It is now invalid.

And I have no other address attached to the account.So it cannot e-mail me my password. And when I followed the instructions for a forgotten e-mail address, which wasn't exactly the case, it sent me an e-mail, which I replied to, but still gave no way to access my account. I have no idea how to retrieve my password while my e-mail address is invalid.

I saw no way to contact customer service about it. So I'm stuck without access to Facebook. How can I regain access?

First and Mainly, clear out your cookies and temporary files. - If you don’t have a good cleaning proggy, use the built in options in windows - press the windows key on your keyboard, then click programs, accessories, system tools...... and then Disk Cleanup... After that runs through, reboot your machine. ------------------ It wouldn’t hurt to at this point "Defrag" your machine.

Select from the same menu (system tools) and run the Hard drive defragmenter on all physical drives and reboot your system again. ----------------- Now go back to your internet browser and try to get into your facebook again. A box popped up on the screen telling me it HAD to be a Yahoo address, so I used one of the many Yahoo addresses I have. Since then - no problem.So, you might want to try a Yahoo address and see what happens.

By the way, if you can't log in - you aren't missing much unless you're into those ridiculous games they have on there.

I can't go to settings under the account tab without a password, so I'm still without access. I don't really care to use it much. I just don't like people thinking I'm ignoring them and not being able to delete what they say if I don't approve.

Facebook was the only way I had of contacting some people, so I'm out of touch. I wish I either had access to my account so I could delete or respond, or I could just get rid of the account altogether. Facebook needs a better customer URL1 makes me wish I hadn't created an account rather than have one I can't use.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
