Your premise is wrong. The question should be: How can the Democrats continue to spend money that does not exist on social programs instead of creating a solvent system that won't ultimately collapse under the feet of all Americans? I guess you think spending money in the red is a good thing.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
