Why is pedophilia still considered a mental illness when homosexuality is not anymore?

Homosexuality is not considered a mental illness anymore because science has improved, and more people, including doctors, are less bigoted. Conservatism has now taken its place as a mental illness, because people aren't born that way, it's a choice.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
