That is exactly correct. If your evaluation of the president is based in racial identity rather than ideological differences, then it was a racist decision.

I think the media pushes that way too much. They have the RIGHT to vote for who they want. Sadly it doesn't matter either way.

Yes it is true all presidents have used them, but they are NOT being used what they were meant for. Executive orders are never to bypass congress in law making.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
