Why isn't my moms laptop keyboard typing anything?

Apple makes some of the best laptops in the world. However you are then stuck with Mac OS. Apple maintains a draconian grip on software development which drives up development cost while stifling innovation.

On top of this, Apple hardware costs about twice that of its Windows competitors. If cost isn't a factor, either for software or hardware, then go for a Mac. Lenovo makes the best Windows laptop, followed closely by HP, Asus and Samsung.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
