Constantly. I'm not going to say "it gets better" bc Ik a lot of people hate that. But life changes.
And you learn how to handle problems and difficult emotions. It gets easier. Reach out.
Talk to someone: parents, friends, school counselors, teachers, hotline, therapist, someone. Please. The fact that you asked this question means that at least a small part of you wants to get better instead of just ending everything.
Listen to that part of you that has hope. You can do it. I believe in you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
