Why most of the people look beauty, only face personality and not notice the attitude and behavior aspects while developing a relationship?

Because everything has to do with sex. You want to be attracted to a person before you get to know them. This happens time and time again in the animal kingdom.

Animals are attracted to the most 'beautiful' and strong. Humans are no different. It is an instinct to find someone you are attracted to, to procreate.

Everyones definition of attractiveness is different. You may be outwardly beautiful to someone, but ugly to another. And then you may be inwardly beautiful to someone, but ugly to another.

Unfortunately finding a person who finds you both inwardly and outwardly beautiful. On top of that we've become such a society that procreating is no longer a necessity. Many people are materialistic and have become shallow because of that.It is better for some to be with someone attractive, then to find true happiness, because your 'friends' would think higher of you ... somehow.

Please don't follow such philosophy.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
