Why muslims keep preaching world that islam is religion of peace if followers of quaran are creating terror?

Religious text, the bible too, have many different scriptures which support, rape, violence, misogyny, and genocide. We shouldn't base our morality on books written thousands of years ago, because anyone can interpret them anyway that fits their own twisted morals. Even in the U.S. they used the bible to justify slavery.

The reality is, morals should be based on empathy and respect for another human being/the golden rule, and not archaic religious dogma.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
